Shipments to Greece
Products are shipped within 1-3 business days from the moment of order confirmation, with DHL courier.
The shipping cost is 5 euros (VAT included) for all orders up to 2kg.
In case of heavy weight or volume, the cost may change, always after consultation with the customer.
Shipping times may change due to unforeseeable factors such as: unavailability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, festivals, etc.
Shipments to Cyprus and abroad
Products are shipped within 3-5 business days from the moment of order confirmation, with DHL courier.
The cost is calculated based on the volume and weight of the package upon confirmation of your order by e-mail or by phone.
Returning Products
Do not remove the labels and other packaging elements from the products.
They should not have been worn outdoors.
There should be no damage to the packaging and contents.
They should be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
They should be accompanied by the completed return form.
They should be made within 15 days.
Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
In the event of a change in size, design, or color of a product due to a customer’s miscalculation, we will ship the new product at the customer’s expense.Return of Defective Products.
In cases where, with proven fault of our company, products of poor and defective quality were sold or due to an error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc., then it assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses into a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the reshipment costs.
The return terms remain the same as those mentioned above.
Withdrawal Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@itariyoart.gr with your decision to return the item(s). Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
